Hi,
I'd just like to confirm one thing.
Does it really necessary to give the access right to update customers if you wish to allow officers set the delegation for their own person?
Asking because when
- I don't have selected checkbox in Security Roles -> Configuration Management -> [Role] -> People -> Customer Update
and
- Officer with this role tries to activate delegation for his own person (Admin -> Delegation Setup -> [Select Officer] -> Activate Delegation -> Save)
then the system (VSM 9.1) throws this error:
When the Security Role has access right to update customer, then delegation settings are saved fine.
But what if we don't wish to allow Officer to update customer records but want to let him make delegation setup?
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for any ideas
Gytis
