When I install Windows Server 2003 on esxi 5 hosts,and I have installed vmware tools on it.Then,I put some relevant files such as sysprep to "c:\Documents and settings\all users\application data\sysprep\srv2003" directory.Through vcenter controller platform,I clone this virtual machine to template.But when I choose to deploy new virtual machine from template which I already create it before,I found customized operation was not available for new virtual machine. I double checked all relevant preference,I found it still was not available finally.I want to know why I did it not succussfully.
