Workstation 8 on Linux, setting static IP for Win XP VM

I have Worksation 8 running on Ubuntu Lucid (10.04) and have 6 Win XP VMs running, and 5 can be accessed via RDP by their static local IPs (192.168.1.106-110). The 6th VM refuses to work however, in XP it is configured to use IP .111 but when trying to connect with RDP the connection is immediately rejected with a "network problems" error. If I change the VM to use IP .112 (again, inside the XP VM) then the RDP app times out when connecting to .111 so it looks like the VM is seeing and rejecting the connection? There is no firewall or antivirus running in XP.

Does something have to be configured on the Ubuntu side to allow .111 to accept RDP connections? Networking for all 6 VMs is set to bridged.
