ESXi 5 Management Network not automaticaly start after reboot or when exit from standby mode

HI all ESXi 5 installed on HP BL460c G7. HP C7000 Enclouser system connected to CNA switch (HP A5800 Series switch) via HP FlexFabric 10 Gbs Module. The server have 6 vmcins:

1) Management Network - 2 NIC's (1 Gbs per nic)

2) vMotion Network - 2 NIC's (1 Gbs per nic)

3)Vitual Machine Networks - 2 NIC's (2 Gbs per nic)

4) FiberChannel Network - 2 adapters (6 Gbs per nic)

After restarting or when exit from standby mode the management network not starting automaticaly, need to restart manualy from direct console. Hypervisor's ISO downloaded directly from vmware download center and all HP recomended drivers downloaded and installed from HP download center.
