Is there a way to defrag a VMDK with ESXi 4.1

I am having serious slowdown issues with my older VMDK files. Even with no traffic on the server or iSCSI server.

If I have a VM with two hard drives. One old and one new, the new one runs fast. The old one runs very slow.

I have run Windows Defrag and it has helped a little. But it is still very slow.

I wanted to run a defrag on the VMDK file itself.

When I log on using SSH, and I am logged on as root, I do not seem to have the vmware-vdiskmanager command.

Does ESXi 4.1 have vmware-vdiskmanager?

Does anybody have any ideas? I have already deleted all the snapshots. And the old drive and the new drive are both running the paravirtual scsi controller and are both on the same ISCSI server.
