Need Help Re-Enabling Hyperic 4.5 EE License

Hi,

I have Hyperic 4.5 EE running on a Windows Server Enterprise box.   The license expired last month.

I now have a new licence key for 75 boxes.  So, how do I update the "license.xml" file?   I looked at the VMWare docs, and it isn't clear where/how the "license.xml" file is generated or downloaded.
