This is probably not the best place for this, but looking for local opinions on charter business. we are switching our wan/internet provider and charter has brought a good option to the table. I'm a little worried about them due to their financial situation, and reputation in the consumer area.
They are proposing some high speed fiber 200 and 150 mb from our main sites and 25 at our branches..
anyway anyone using them right now or have any good/bad experiences with them? How reliable is the connection? any downtime? how knowledgeable is their support for firewall changes and other items.
our other option is windstream, but that would be the triditional mpls with t1's so not near the speed.
