WinXP SP3 conversion fails at 98% completed

Hi,

I've been trying to perform a P2V of a WinXP SP3 but each time it fails at 98% completed. I've ran chkdsk on the c: drive and also on another attached drive e and both drives are fine. I've tried saving the virtual machine on the drive C, drive E which is a completely seperate drive and also on a network share but each time it fails at the exact same place.

Can anyone suggest what could be the problem? Attached are the logs.
