Dear Experts,
Is there a tool available like they have in Amazon Elastic (EC2) Cloud where you can increase and or decrease number of VMs with the business demand? Anything VMware offers or Open source?
I guess I am asking about Auto Scaling. Are there any Cloud APIs available to achieve increase and decrease?
