List all workflows waiting for approval

Hello,

I am using Perspectives as a web-front-end, and would like to use a workflow to list all workflows waiting for approval.

I do not want to use the web-operator webview for this as it gives too much access into vCO, and ideally would like a list of the workflows along with hostnames for approval (although this bit is not necessary).

Can anyone point me in the right direction to start me off?
