I purchased a download of VMWare Fusion 4, and, though the app accepted the serial I was given in the confirmation email, the registration site won't (I've tried numerous times). I get the message "This is not a valid Serial Number/License Activation Code. Please include all hyphens and do not add blank spaces" even though I have copied it verbatim. I would have sent a support email on the issue, but there's a chicken/egg problem there, since asking for help by email in the app prompts me to register.
I'd appreciate any help.
