Cannot connect using RDP to workstation 8.0 - NAT problems

Hello,

this is my first time using vmware so forgive me if I'm having noob problems. Host is: IBM x3200 M3, 64 bit Ubuntu 11.04. I ve installed workstation 8.0 with guest OS Windows XP SP3 32 bit.

I want to use it for RDP access so people from another location can access and run application on it. Network is: 192.168.157.0/24 . Just for test I want to access it from my PC but it is not working.

HOST IP address is 192.168.157.10, I have enabled VMCI on workstation and I use bridge connection for NIC

IP address on  guest XP is 192.168.157.101.

IP address of my PC is 192.168.157.111.

Ping is working from all to all! I can access outside from guest but cannot access 3389. When I scan ports from outside I get only 80, 110, 443. I have opened port 3389 on host and guest but stll nothing. Firewalls are off!

I tried to look on Internet and found some stuff explaining NAT port forwarding but I cannot find those port settings in Workstation 8.0 !? I know it has to do something with port forwarding. I use bridge for NIC because otherwise I cannot access application server database which is on 192.168.157.1.

Can anybody help me? I think I would solved it myself but port settings tab is missing in Workststion 8 (EDIT-> Virtual network editor)!!!
