LSI Logic driver not working with XP FIX!!!!!

i have been surfing the forums looking for an answer as to why the lsilogic.flp i created wasent working as expected when trying to install XP.

here is my answer:

i used VEEAM FastSCP to upload the LSI driver .flp file to the \vmimages\floppies\ folder on my ESX server.

This wasent working, so i made a change

after i changed the rights to read only (right click the file, properties, un-check the "w"s) it worked!
