ESX 5.0 has cannot configure TimeZone.

Hello.

Is anybody has successfully reconfigured TimeZone in ESX5.0?

My ESX5.0 has no /etc/sysconfig/clock and /usr/share/zoneinfo files. Therefor I cannot reconfigure TimeZone in ESX5.0 like:

My ESX current timezone is other from my region. Therefor when I restart VMs it always changed time. However I was configured VMs not sync from esx host. But this is working failure. When i was change ESX host time from wmware client then my VMs time changed automatically(I think it is bug).

Does anyone know how to change the TimeZone in ESX5.0?
