Failing P2V on cloning of second (or third disks)

Hi

I am using Converter V.5 for converting Windows 2003 server.  I have tried three seperate servers and each fails on the cloning of the second drive.

I am getting the following error -  "msg = "An error occurred during the conversion: 'BlockLevelVolumeCloneMgr::CloneVolume: Detected a write error during the cloning of volume \WindowsBitmapDriverVolumeId=[5B-0E-5B-0E-00-40-00-00-00-00-00-00]. Error: 37409 (type: 1, code: 2338)'"

I have run ChkDsk - no problems.   I have tried doing file level copies simialar error occurs.

Any suggestions - there are two patches that come up in the knowledge base search - but I am not seeing a clear reference to this problem -

VMware ESX 4.0, Patch ESX400-201105201-UG: Updates the VMware ESX 4.0 Core and CIM components (1031027)

VMware ESXi 4.0, Patch ESXi400-201105201-UG: Updates Firmware (1031738)

It is a customer environment so I cant test the patches easily - can someone confirm I am looking at the right patches.  Or is there something else I should be looking at?

Thanks
