Windows 2008 R2 as guest cannot get IP address from DHCP(VMware workstation 7.1.3 on Windows 7 professional)

Hi Gurus,

I have installed VMware workstation 7.1.3 on my Windows 7 professional x64bit laptop, and I can run my old VM(XP) without any problem on it. And I tried to install one new guest(Windows 2008 R2 Standard x64) on it, when I set the NIC as bridge, it cannot get IP address from my DHCP, always show me error "Windows has detected an IP address conflict...", I tried setup static IP address for it too, same result.

I tried install a new windows 2003 server as a guest(network also set as bridge), it works fine, can get the IP from my DHCP or can set static IP address without any problem. Does anybody has similiar experience on this combination? Any solution on it?
