File Upload field in Customer Approval Form

Hi fellows,

Has anyone considered to extend VSM customer portal approval form (for positive approval) LiteApprovalApprove.htm by adding extra fields?

It seems that there is no problem to add any field of the approval task to that form.

However when I try to add file upload field (I need to attach object to the task) and make it required (this is the reason why I try to make it in this form) I still have no success.

Is it possible to add such field to that form at all?
