multi nic vmotion traffic

I configured 2 vmotion interfaces on 2 nics

when i vmotion machines from host A to B

I see both vmk traffic used on hostA but on host B only 1 vmknic is receiving the traffic.

this is vice versa when moving vms from B to A.

is this by design?
