issue with Clod Cloning (SVmotion) RDM's to VMDK

Hello,

We have OLD cluster of 2 ESX 4 and VM's are using RDM's. New Cluster having 2 ESXi 5. New SAN attached to New ESXi5 Cluster but cannot see Old LUNS. We are in plan to migrate All VM's from OLD to new Cluster converting all RDM's to vmdk

Issue:

Using cold migration to copy RDM's to vmdk on New Cluster using clonning.  I get error( see attachment).  I even tried with standalone converter but i get similar error.

To test I tried removing the RDM's and then Clone it and it suceeds - which indicate the issue is only with clonning RDM's

Urgent help needed
