i have a user using a view desktop remotely and having issues with a certain USB device. The device shows up under Connect USB Device but once we try to check the device the following message appears. We tried to uninstall the software with now luck. The message is a view message and was hoping someone might have an idea. The device is working just fine on the desktop she is connecting from. Any help is appreciated.
