Update Manager: Patch conflicts with installed RPM

Hello everyone,

while patching our ESX 4 hosts with the latest patches from end of january we got an error on a single ESX host while staging the patches:

Host patch ESX410-201201406-SG conflicts with the package rpm_rpm-build_4.4.2.3-9.el5@x86_64 installed on the host and cannot be remediated. Remove the patch from the baseline or include any suggested additional patches in the baseline and retry remediation operation.

All other hosts should have an identical configuration including attached baselines and went through the update process quite well.

Any ideas?
