This is not really a question. I have to say VMware is worth the money. I don't think any other virtualization product can cut and paste a document from the Web into a file on the Linux host and also cut paste into a text file on both Linux (Fedora 16) and Windows (XP) guests. Narually both guests have VMware Tools installed . Fedora guest output from uname -r is kernel 3.2.5-3.fc16.x86_64 (which I just cut and pasted into this message using cctr-c and ctrl- v). I have complained about the product (WS 8.0.2) in the past but if you try you can make things work with encouragement frorm folks like Ulli
This could possibly answer some quesions posted about kernel 3.2.x compiling on a Linux guest.
