Convert a client from a esxi 5 host to a 4.1 host possible?

Hi,

I'm pretty new to this stuff and I have a question that is pretty important to me.

1. I converted my physical machine (SBS 2008) to an ESXi 5 host.
2. I want to put it back on the old server but the old server can only be run under ESXi 4.1 due to the missing driver for the 3ware 9650 SE raid controller in ESXi 5.

3. Will the vmware converter standalone be able to convert that client to esxi 4.1?
As far as I know is a move not possible due to the different file systems.

I'll be really glad to hear any answers.
