Problem to power down a VM

Hi, I habe four esx 4.1i U1 hosts and one VCenter 4.1 U1 server.

My problem is, that I'm unable to power down a new installed VM. The task for shutting down these vm is hanging on one esx4.1i host.

What can I do to shut down these VM. No matter if these VM chrashes.

But this is a productive system, so I'm not able to shutdown the complete host.

Also with the i-Version of esx4.1 I have no console.

Can anyone help me about this problem.
