Problem with hardware virtualization

Hi

I have ECS Elitegroup C51GM-M and AMD X6 64 DualCore 3800+.  Newest bios with Hardware feature enabled. And instaler ESXi 5.0.0 gives  me warning:
"<hardware virtualization warning: Hardware virtualization is not a feature of the cpu or is not enabled in the bios>"

?

AMD-v is feature of my processor 100%, and in biosis enabled this option? What's up? help!
