screen going blank after 10 min

I am doing some testing with VMware view 5 and WYSE P20 and having issue with some of my users having screen time outs.  This only happens on the P20 using PCIOP and some limit permission users (a Kiosk user and view only user).  The screen savers and power options are disabled via GPO and in the registery for both these users and using RDP on a different computer (not the P20) they do not time out. When logged on as the domain admin there is not problem and the screen will stay up for the whole weekend...

 

Is there a setting in VMware view or ESXI server that might be causing this?  I have been struggling with it for a week or so and have not been able to find anything to help.  These P20's will be field units and need to always be on with out a blank screen.

 

Please let me know if you need additional information or have any ideas on what I am missing...
