Upgrade from vsphere 4.1 to 5 - issues with Intel 82541PI NIC

Hi all

Just upgraded from 4.1 to 5 and added new license and at first everything seamd OK, but looking at Network part I realized that my second card was not showing on available network adapters.The card is Intel 82541PI that has been working with out issues with vsphere 4.1.

I started putty and logged in with ssh to confirm that card is recognized by the system and sure enough it was :

then I want to see if esxi 5 was able to list it and to my dissapoined it was not there:

So my question is : is it "possible and how" to add second card to system so that its recognized and put to use?
