Uploading ESXi 5.0 Server Certification results hanged from workbench 2.0 ???

Hi,

We did VMware Server Certification ESXi 5.0 and while upload results to VMware it is getting hanged at step 2:collecting vm-support data for hours.

could you please help me how to upload results to vmware ???
