Machine is running Vsphere 5.0 with the ESXi500-201112001 patch.

I get the following errors about twice a day.

Lost network connectivity on virtual switch
"vSwitch0". Physical NIC vmnic2 is down.
Affected portgroups:"VM Network", "Management
Network".

Lost network connectivity on virtual switch
"vSwitch1". Physical NIC vmnic1 is down.
Affected portgroups:"VM Network 2".

vmware4.ourdomain.com

As you can see, it affects both the network cards.

Manufacturer:Dell Inc.
Model:PowerEdge T605
Processors:8 CPU x 2.094 GHz
Processor Type:Quad-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2352
Hyperthreading:Inactive
Total Memory:23.96 GB
Number of NICs:3
State:Connected
Virtual Machines:2
vMotion Enabled:No

One NIC shows up as a "Intel 82572EI Gigabit Etnernet Controller" and the other nic shows as a "Broadcom NetXtreme II BCM5708", third is not used and is shown as "down".

Any ideas?

Thanks!
