vmplayer grab the mouse by default

Hy

i use vmplayer 4.0 under a debian box.

I run a virtual machine with a command line like: vmplayer myvm.vmx

and i'd like when the vm login screen appears that the mouse and keyboard can be used immediatly into the Vm without clicking on it.

is there a way to do that (May be using parameter into preference file or into the vmx file .) ?

When i used an old version of vmplayer it was possible.
