Import VM with VM Studio 2.5.0.0

Having some issues importing a Linux VM into VM Studio 2.5.0.0

using the command

studiocli --importvm --name newVM -v

all looks well, but makes me wonder if VM Studio is compatible with vSphere 5.0/ESXi 5.0, because it adds 25000ms to the VMX, which is an illegal entry!

So the machine is paused to wait 25 seconds till boot.

and it's shutting down the VM, before the VM has had chance to startup, let alone detect the agent which is installed in the Linux VM.
