Acrobat disconnecting when trying to print

I have a user on a thin client Wyse R90LE7, View 4.6, windows 7 64 bit os, pcoip. When the user tries to print a pdf from acrobat the session goes black and hangs for awhile, then kicks them off their session. Its like printing is too much for the session and losses connection. Reminds me of times where resolution is not right and the vm starts in black screens and then disconnects.
