Disable suspend state

Hi,

Using Vmplayer 4/Windows 7 on a Windows  7/x64 machine, I noticed that my Vm goes occasionally to suspend state by itself. I Would like to disable this feature and keep the Vm always on. I had a look to Vm options, player preference, saw no option like this, I have no snapshot, the power is always on, so I don't understand how could I do.
