ESXi5 doesn't mount LUNs after reboot

When I run the esxcfg-volume -M I can mount the lun, but everytime it  reboots, it looses LUNs again...and this command supposed to be to mount the  volume without performing a resignaturing of that volume and the volume  is mounted when the ESX host is rebooted.

I can see storage partitions at Configuration --> Storage Adapters

What else can I do? I already reinstall the ESXi server but the same.

The lun is vmfs3

Here are vmkwarning.log and vmkernel.log
