ESXi 4.1 - 4TB disks, but datastore1 only 1.63TB created

Hello,

I installed ESXi4.1 Update1 on a Dell R710 with 4x2 TB drives which was formated down to RAID 10 for 3.6+ TB.  I installed ESXi of a disk and got my key loaded and went check the datastore and it says it is 1.63 TB and I expected 3.6+. I look at the Devices property for storage and it does see the capacity of the disks at 3.64 TB.  Any ideas how to correct this?

Also, any recomendation on how I shoould size the datastore; i.e., should I have one big 3.64TB Datastore1 or break it up into say 2 datastores of equal size?
