Workstation 8 doesn't return from Fullscreen mode when shutting down guest

I'm running the latest Workstation version (8.0.1 build-528992) on a Windows 7/64 host, running a Windows 7/64 guest.

When shutting down the (only) guest OS in Fullscreen mode, Workstation doesn't return from Fullscreen mode when the guest OS has shut down.

I have to manually click the "Exit Fullscreen mode" button the Workstation toolbar.

Workstation 7 automatically left Fullscreen mode when the current guest stopped running (either by hibernation or by shutting down).

Showing Workstation Console view in Fullscreen mode doesn't make sense in my point of view. I believe someone at VMware just forgot to enter the appropriate command into the code in Workstation 8.

Can someone at VMware please check and fix this tiny issue?
