Hi,
we have a curios problem. I want to upgrade my esxi host to version 5. After upgrading the first host, it took a long time to boot.
It hangs at "vmw_satp_eva loaded successfully".
After 10 or 15 minutes we got problems with some other vm´s. They are not responding well.
i shutdown hard the esxi host that was booting. After that, the other machines seems to work well, except our ms cluster.
The RAW Devices are not present on both machines. So i decide to reboot them.
The first cluster server boot well and connect to all of our RAW Devices and start up all services.
But the other machine won´t boot.
It hangs at the beginning.
I check out the lun path to the raw device mappings an see, that one of the mapping is not like it should be.
I am not sure how to get the other cluster machine working. Any help would be helpful.
