Problem with two OSX Network Interfaces & Fusion 4?

So, I was running fine over the holidays outside of my corporate network.

@Home I've just got one WiFi network, no 2nd monitor, and thats about it.

Fusion was running perfectly after the dock cpu .vmx fix....

So, this morning I come into work.

@Work I've got a 2nd HP L2245wg 22" monitor connected to the MacBook Pro 5,5/8GB RAM/Raid0 2xMomentusXT750GB HHHDs

Also @Work I've got 2 network interfaces normally.... Ethernet and WiFi (WPA also).

Since I first arrived at work Fusion isn't taking up resources but it's processing very "choppy" and slow.  You can see it in the processing circle of Win7x64.  The host is OSX 10.7.2 btw...

I'm lauching apps slower in the VM but there's nothing running in the VM other than Outlook and Lync 2010.

What's really weird is my ping times to our domain controler dc2.  It's less than 1ms on the OSX interface...but inside the VM it's 100s of ms....

That' doesnt' makes sense.  I've tried swithcing the VM networking from NAT to Bridge and then back again....

That's not helped.

I've also turned off 3D Graphics thinking the 2nd monitor might be the issue.

I'm scouring the forums and would "call" support but I don't see where that is an option with Fusion.... despite us owning 84something CPUs of vSphere Enterprise Plus licenses.  ;(

Ping Comparision...

Again... this is NAT'ed... corp domain is Acitve Directory 2003.

When I ping the DNS name for my VM... from the host Mac, it's coming accross at an average of 144ms!

It's got to be the networking....
