Mandatory Profile Problem

Hello,

We are having a problem when users log into their desktops, they are not receiveing the mandatory roaming profile.

Our View infrastructure is in a different domain then the users and vdi machines are in. so they log into view with one set of credentials, then they log into the vdi machine using different creds.

In the event viewer we see this after every login:

Nothing about the mandatory profile.

Does anyone know whats going on here?
