Recreate previous baseline error

I just upgraded to vCenter this week and wanted to create a new baseline to get my ESX 3.5 hosts upgraded to vSphere. I was able to create a new 'host upgrade' baseline and fed the baseline wizard my 4.0 iso file however I removed the baseline later that same day when I started experiencing performance problems with vCenter - turns it that my newly created baseline had nothing to do with the problem but I figured I'd have no problem re-creating the baseline anyhow. It turns out, however, that when I attempt to create the baseline a 2nd time, I come up with the following error;

"Failed to import upgrade.

Error was: Unable to persist package. Please check if the patch store has enough space or if the package is already imported."

I renamed the .iso file thinking I could overcome this but no luck - same error occured. Has anyone else encountered this? Anyone know how to get it resolved?

Thanks in advance.
