is there any tuning in converter that can speed up the conversion speed? my management gave order to do migration to new storage in 12 hours for 6.5TB data, where the datastore 90% is RDM, the only way i know that can change the RDM datastore to VMFS datastore is vcenter converter, when i tested on powered on vm, i get speed 40MB/s up and down, when i tested with power off and convert virtual infrastructure it worst, i just get 20MB/s up and down, if i must do the conversion for 6.5TB data in 12hours i must get speed approx 200MB/s....could anyone help me with this problem? i already run any possibility testing within 2 weeks now, but the came out result is using converter with powered on machine.....btw i convert this vm from esxi 4.0 to 5.0, and the SSL nfc in converter-worker.xml already set false
