Script for copying specific vSwitches and Port Groups

Does anyone have a script that would copy a specific vSwitch (based on user input) and all of the port groups in that vSwitch?

Basically I am looking for something that will copy all switches EXCEPT vSwitch0 from a source host, and apply those settings to a destination host.
