ESXi 5 - How to monitor NIC traffic

hi all,

i have 4 NICs on my server and i have added a quad-port PCI NIC

i am using 4 NICs teamed using ESX native teaming for management and vMotion

while the other 4 are for my ISCSI traffic. ESXi native mulipathing

how do i see whether traffic is passing through all NICs/switchports and all paths?
