Hi
I am trying to move my Windows Xp Pro sp3 Dell laptop into Fusion.
First I tried PC Migration Agent and then I tried vCenter Converter Standalone, but I am having the same problem with both...
I have tried starting it by opening Fusion and choosing OPEN and also by clicking the .vmx file, but same results.
The Windows XP logo will appear as it is starting up, but then I will get a blue screen and it says:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
Technical Information:

Any ideas or thoughts on what I can do to try and fix this?
I have attached the .vmx file and the .log file.
