Exclude Folder When P2V using VMware vCenter Converter Standalone

Hi,

I have a physical Windows server that I want to convert to a Vmware virtual machine (VMWare Workstation).

There is one huge folder on the physical machine that I want to exclude in the P2V job (it is on the C: drive so I cannot just deselect it).

Is that possible to achieve this somehow (I cannot mess with the original machine to move the folder to an other drive etc.)?
