How can I enable network between my guests on Fusion 4.1?

Hello,

     I have just started with VMware Fusion 4.1 and I want to create a local network for tests. On VMware workstation it is quite easy to do, but on Fusion, it won't allow trafic between my guests.

     I have 2 linux guests up and running, both with ssh service enabled. I can ping each guests from them and also from OS Lion, but I can't ssh from one guest to the other, it tells me there is no route to the host. I can ssh from OS Lion to the guests.

     Does anyone would know how I can enable more than ICMP trafic between the guests ?
